The Triangle Triple Medal is an extra medal for runners who take on three of Capstone Event Groups Triangle races in a single year. Complete the Tar Heel 10 Miler in April 2026, the Bull City Race Fest in October 2026, and the City of Oaks Marathon in November 2026, and you’ll earn this exclusive medal to celebrate your achievement.

All distances count! Whether you run a 5K, 10K, 4 miler, 10 miler, half marathon, or full marathon at any of the three events, you’re eligible for the Triangle Triple Medal.

The medal is collected at the City of Oaks Marathon in November! Location of where to pick up will be announced closer to the City of Oaks Marathon. 

It’s more than just three races—it’s a journey through the Triangle running community, a test of endurance, and a way to celebrate your dedication with an extra medal that shows you conquered it all.

You must be registered for the remaining races no later than October 1, 2026 to qualify for the medal.
