For the safety of all participants, we have made a small adjustment to the 10K course. The original certified turnaround required runners to cross a median, which posed a safety risk. To ensure everyone can run safely, we are moving the turnaround about 100 feet closer, making the total course approximately 200 feet short of certification.We know some runners may be disappointed by this small change. We explored every alternative to maintain the certification, but this adjustment is the safest and most responsible option.
