On-line registration closes on October 31, 2013. On-site registration will be available at the Raleigh Running Outfitters Health & Fitness Expo on Friday, November 1 and Saturday, November 2.

Additional info
Registration capacities: marathon – 1,500 runners, half marathon – 3,000 runners, 10K – 1,500 runners, marathon relay – 100 teams, kids' marathon mile – 250 runners.
There will be no day-of-race registration or packet pickup.
Changing races will be allowed only for the marathon, half marathon, and 10K. There will be a $20 fee for changing races. For downgrades, no refunds will be issues. For upgrades, the additional race fee will be charged in addition to a $20 change fee. Runners are allowed to defer their registration only one time. Race changes after October 1, 2013 must be made at the Raleigh Running Outfitters Health and Fitness Expo. Email ron@cityofoaksmarathon.com for race changes.
Deferments will not be allowed after October 1, 2013—no exceptions.
All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
