Water/Aid Stations

Water / Aid stations will be provided at 11 points on the course. Water is provided by Diamond Springs. Orange Accelerade Sport Drink by Pacific Health Labs will be served at all aid stations.

2nd Surge Energy Gels, by Pacific Health Labs in chocolate and expresso flavors, will be provided on the full marathon course only at MM 14, MM 15, MM 19 and MM 20.

Nutritional snacks will be provided at MM 15 and MM 19.

Moistened wash cloths will be provided at MM 20.
